Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collecting information about the technical requirements from the sourcing operations team & data updated in LMS system
Candidates Verification & evaluating data captured on LMS & other data tools
Supplying resources and data tool updates for Ops team to data collections and updating on LMS & other Data tools
Assist Souring team with administrative support, such as time tracking, status reporting, and candidates -related communications. Provide support for Ops team coordinator -related activities in case required of Candidate Registration Training & certification
Verification of data by calling various candidates.
Analysing LMS candidates data of various locations / projects and submit reports at frequent intervals
Be the point of contact location teams on sorting technical issues related to MIS and data monitoring tools.
Work on specific projects to support via communication, data management and analysis
Internal communication to provide the required support the project field team & administration support.
Creating and enforcing best practices for effective updating candidate E-code & ECP stages in real time data management.
Managing & tracking the client base candidates enrolments tracking data & daily reports.
Program level impact documentation & data management.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate
Min. Experience 2 year & Above in Data Management , MIS /allied subjects
