MIS Coordinator

Role: MIS Coordinator

Experience: 1 year of experience

Location: Gurgaon

Certification : Advance excel, PowerPoint and any other ITSM product like SNOW.

Required Candidate profile :

• Overall 2 years’ experience in MIS/Project Coordination/Call Coordinator/Contact Center Coordinator
• Proficiency in Advance excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills – oral and written
• Call assignment to engineers and follow ups.
• Monitoring and response to all support emails.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Follow up with engineers and ensure ticket closures with in SLA.
• Experience working in incident triaging, incident call routing etc.
• Understand quickly on technologies used, identification of key stakeholders.
• Preparing daily reports.
• Escalation of ticket to next level before SLA breach.
• Ready to work in the rotational shift.
• Command Center experience is preferred.
• Should be keen to work on 24*7 shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
