Job Description

You will be working as an MIS Coordinator in this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Overall 2 years of experience in MIS/Project Coordination/Call Coordinator/Contact Center Coordinator - Proficiency in Advance excel and PowerPoint - Good communication skills, both oral and written - Assigning calls to engineers and following up - Monitoring and responding to all support emails - Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and applications - Following up with engineers to ensure ticket closures within SLA - Experience in incident triaging, incident call routing, etc. - Quickly understanding technologies used and identifying key stakeholders - Preparing daily reports - Escalating tickets to the next level before SLA breach - Willingness to work in rotational shifts - Preference for Command Center experience - Keenness to work on 24*7 shifts Qualifications required for this role include: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Certification in Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and any other ITSM product like SNOW - Prior experience in managing services background and IT Helpdesk SME - Experience in Ticket Assignment, Bin Management, and MIS reporting The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
