Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
• Create detailed documentation for systems, procedures, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on software applications and information systems.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in information systems.

Skills and Qualifications
