Role Overview

We are seeking an MIS Analyst to support data management, reporting, and analysis activities. The role involves working with research databases, developing MIS reports, and providing insights to assist management in decision-making. Strong expertise in MS Excel and MS Office tools is essential. Familiarity with the agrochemical industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain research databases with accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and insights for business decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate reports.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in handling research databases.
• Strong expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, slicers, lookups) and proficiency in other MS Office tools (such as MS word and powerpoint).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Agrochemical industry will be an added advantage
