Role & responsibilities The key components of this role are: 1. compliance part is partly tool based partly manual, analyst needs to make sure site is being compliant on all relevant checkpoints as per latest checklist provided for Privacy. 2. Specialist needs to make sure all tool based report fails plus manual fails are being remediated by Technical Agencies with the help of marketing team. 3. Proactively highlight issues with his/her risk assessment and issue analysis skills. 4. Responsible to co-ordinate between technical team and marketing team and solution owner for any scans related issues and able to close it before time. 5. The advisor is required to work on reviewing the digital content across all platforms against the WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines. He/She will work as part of a team assisting the client to fall in line with the accessibility standards by furnishing consultative service, solutions and technical implementations. Main Responsibilities: To advise and support all businesses in crafting all creative assets aligned with the digital standards while not causing delays or issues in meeting business objectives. To support development teams in resolving complex issues related to accessibility standards implementation. To work closely with the brand team, vendor and stakeholders educating the need of being accessible, how it saves from unforeseen law suits. To prepare reports and other documentation relating to service, under the direction of the client. To create resources for vendors, brand team that can be used as walkthroughs for educating and implementation. To assist in the maintenance of the website content and governance from a compliance standpoint. To maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner. To work within the relevant legislation, policies and procedures. To provide input to the continuous improvement of the service by identifying opportunities for more effective working practices within the team and other associated areas. To work as part of a global team and play an advisory role on all content forms for digital platforms. To represent the service with external agencies and to attend appropriate conferences and seminars to ensure that current trends and good practices are promoted. Resource needs to know HTML & CSS as the role will be of a web accessibility auditor, so the resource won't be creating code but reviewing it. Location: MDC 2, Vikhroli Preferred candidate profile
