Mining Supervisor

Our company are hiring mining supervisor for our mining project work, As a mining supervisor ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production schedules and regulations. Key responsibilities include enforcing safety procedures, monitoring productivity, managing resources, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key skill-

• Safety Management: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Production Oversight: Coordinating and scheduling work activities, monitoring production progress, and ensuring that production targets are met.
• Resource Management: Managing personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and meet production goals.
• Communication: Communicating with senior management, engineers, geologists, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Training and Mentorship: Providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members to improve skills and productivity.
• Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant mining regulations and company policies.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mining operations, safety procedures, and equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and direct a team of miners and other personnel.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,640.00 - ₹22,580.00 per month
