Mining Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Supervise daily extraction, coordinate crew activities, and ensure alignment with mining plans.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety policies, conduct inspections, provide training, and ensure adherence to environmental and legal regulations.
• Production & Efficiency: Monitor output, adjust schedules, resolve operational problems, and implement strategies to meet targets and control costs.
• Team Leadership: Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, offer feedback, and develop the skills of mining personnel.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with engineers, geologists, and management, preparing accurate reports on production and safety.

• Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of mining techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Experience in a supervisory role, often with relevant mining certifications.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Should be Graduate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,728.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
