Role Overview: As part of Xindus, you will be at the forefront of supporting Indian small businesses, brands, and marketplaces expand globally by providing a comprehensive logistics, compliance, finance, and working capital solution. It is an exciting time for the ecosystem, and you will play a crucial role in driving this growth. Key Responsibilities: - Have a deep understanding and experience in airline execution, including schedules, AWBs, cut-offs, and linehauls. This knowledge should come naturally to you. - Worked with or around major cargo lines like Continental Airlines, Argus, Skyways, etc., and have a clear understanding of how the middle mile operates. - Ensure timely handover of parcels and goods, emphasizing the importance of every kilo departing on schedule daily. - Navigate through challenges such as belly space constraints, flight delays, and missing manifests while maintaining a positive attitude. - Coordinate effectively between airlines, vendors, and operations teams while keeping a calm and collected demeanor. - Possess strong numerical skills and a proactive approach towards load factors, cost per kg, TAT, and other related metrics. - Take ownership of problem-solving and address issues before they escalate to ensure smooth operations. - Adapt well to a dynamic environment where changes occur frequently, such as flight schedules, routes, and SLAs. - Available to join immediately and open to working a 6-day week, including occasional Sundays, recognizing that logistics operations are continuous. - Willingness to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon or already based in the hubs located in Dwarka. - Thrive in the fast-paced and demanding nature of operational roles, finding satisfaction in overcoming challenges and achieving success. - Enjoy the dynamic and rewarding atmosphere of a startup, characterized by its fast-paced, unpredictable, and demanding nature.
