We’re looking for Management Trainees to join our fast-paced teams, rotating through key functions like Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Acquisition and Key Account Management. It’s the perfect launchpad to build a strong foundation in customer success and management. Key Responsibilities A. Customer Acquisition Lead management and acquisition calls. Contribute to customer activation campaigns and achieve outreach targets. B. Key Account Management Assist senior managers in nurturing and retaining key client relationships. Support upselling and cross-selling strategies to drive business growth. C. Customer Success Manage customer revenue and retention targets. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within a portfolio of customers. D. Customer Support Handle queries and manage tickets effectively. What you will do Run focused call blocks to founders, growth heads, and ops leaders Qualify with Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline Book meetings for AEs and send crisp recaps with next steps Keep the CRM spotless with tags, stages, notes, and tasks Support onboarding: checklist, KYC docs, product setup, test shipment Coordinate with ops for first go-live and smooth handover Share feedback from calls, common objections, and win stories What you bring 1–3 years in BDR or inside sales with high call volume Clear spoken English and Hindi, confident with phone and WhatsApp Active listening, smart questioning, and calm objection handling Process and persistence with tight follow-ups Bonus: exposure to exporters, logistics, or fintech Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
