Role Description

We are seeking a Mid Market Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad/Mehsana /Bhavnagar . The Team Lead will manage daily operations of the middle-market segment, ensuring team performance and productivity. Responsibilities include overseeing sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving business targets. The Team Lead will also be responsible for mentoring team members and driving the growth of Paytm's financial products in the market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• Familiarity with mobile payments and financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
