Job Overview:

The Microsoft Office Trainer Trainer will be responsible for teaching students the essential features of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The course focuses on practical skills development and hands-on learning to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook etc) excellent instructional skills, and a passion for educating others in these advanced fields.

Responsibilities:

1) Teach the essential features of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a focus on practical skills development and hands-on learning.

2) Create and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with the course objectives.

3) Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.

4) Encourage student participation and engagement in the course.

5) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.

6) Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine course materials.

7) Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or education.

2) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3) Prior teaching or tutoring experience in a similar setting, preferably with adult learners.

4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

5) Organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and manage course materials and assignments.

6) Familiarity with learning management systems, online platforms, and educational technology tools.

7) Commitment to student-centered and experiential learning approaches.

8) Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances and student needs.
