Microsoft Office Specialist

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory criteria).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with advanced knowledge.
• Good typing speed and strong drafting skills.
• Ability to commute daily to the workplace (Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi).
• Skilled in internet browsing, email handling, and digital communication.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take up other office-related responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and manage data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Mandatory).
• Draft, format, and edit documents in Microsoft Word with accuracy and speed.
• Create and design impactful presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Draft official letters, emails, and other communication with a high typing speed and professional accuracy.
• Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Manage and respond to emails promptly and ensure effective communication.
• Conduct internet research and online tasks as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute actively to teamwork and coordination.
• Take proactive initiatives to support business operations and improve workflow.
• Perform other general office-related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
