Job Summary

• Plan, engineer, and deploy Windows operating systems using modern tools such as Microsoft Intune , Autopilot, and traditional deployment methods.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools primarily using PowerShell to improve endpoint management and streamline workflows.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize endpoint compliance, deployment status, and other key metrics for management and operational teams.

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Group Policy and security configurations to support endpoint security and compliance.

• Develop integrations using APIs such as Microsoft Graph API to automate and extend Intune and M365 capabilities.

• Lead or support hardware certification processes to ensure compatibility and reliability of new endpoint devices.

• Create innovative automation tools and solutions, including tools for Intune management and ControlUp integrations.

• Utilize Azure Key Vault and other Azure security features to manage secured keys and secrets in automation solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement “next-generation” endpoint management ideas.

• Maintain detailed documentation for developed solutions and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows OS deployment .

• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and solution development.

• Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI .

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Group Policy management.

• Experience working with APIs , particularly Microsoft Graph API.

• Familiarity with hardware testing and hardware certification processes.

• Experience with endpoint monitoring and management tools such as ControlUp.

• Knowledge of Azure services, particularly Azure Key Vault for securing automation processes.

• Creative problem-solver with a strong drive for innovation and automation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
