Role Summary

• IT Operation Lead

  : Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth communication and faster resolution to business leads and end users.

Responsibilities

• System Implementation and Maintenance

  : Assisting with the configuration, deployment, testing, and ongoing support of MES software.

• Operations Support

  : Collaborating with operations and quality teams to understand business needs and resolve manufacturing problems by providing IT/MES support to ongoing operations.

• Data Management

  : Collecting, storing, and exchanging process data, equipment status, and material information for reporting and analysis.

• Documentation and Compliance

  : Creating and maintaining documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), test cases, and validation protocols, to ensure compliance with cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory standards.

• Training and Auditing

  : Training team members on system use and standard procedures, and auditing operations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Identifying opportunities to improve existing IT/MES processes, documentation, and training to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• Integration

  : Integrating IT/OT solutions with other systems like ERP, LIMS, and machine controls.

• Troubleshooting

  : Performing root cause analysis and resolving issues related to MES hardware, software, or third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in IT or related field.

Desired Experience Level

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and cloud platforms, AI/ML understanding.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
