Job Description

We are seeking an

Identity Management Engineer

to manage and administer identity lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless and secure access management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Entra ID administration, and PowerShell scripting

to automate and enhance identity management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity Management:
Administer and manage
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
for seamless identity lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Conduct
weekly touchpoints
with client stakeholders to discuss task progress.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Work closely with
internal ServiceDesk, UAM personnel, and client HR/business teams
as needed.
PowerShell Scripting:
Develop and maintain
PowerShell scripts
to automate identity management tasks and improve system efficiency.
Job Monitoring:
Track
scheduled jobs
, identify failures, and correlate issues to ensure timely resolution.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve
job failures
, minimizing disruptions to identity management processes.
Entra ID Administration:
Manage and administer
Microsoft Entra ID
, ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management.
Oracle Identity Management (Preferred):
Utilize
Oracle Identity Management
skills for
Oracle Cloud ERP
to enhance identity management capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience administering
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
.
Strong expertise in
PowerShell scripting
for automation.
Hands-on experience with
Entra ID administration
.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience monitoring and managing
identity management jobs and workflows
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
Oracle Identity Management
for
Oracle Cloud ERP
.
Background in
identity governance and access management best practices
.
Familiarity with
cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solutions
.
