Configure and deploy modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing within Dynamics 365. Lead workshops, offering expert guidance to clients throughout the implementation process. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality outcomes. Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
