Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with strong expertise in X++ custom development. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of Finance, Operations, and Warehouse modules to effectively design and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customisations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customise forms, reports, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and performance optimisation in X++ development.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Work with Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to provide technical support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and object-oriented principles.
• Experience with Finance, Operations, and Warehouse modules (basic functional knowledge).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of SQL Server and query optimisation techniques.
• Knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven).
• Familiarity with extensions, customisations, and integrations in F&O.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD for Dynamics 365).
• Exposure to SSRS reports, data entities, and integrations.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry environment.
