Job Description
Application Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules), including the basic structure of entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
Ticketing System: Experience working with a professional IT Service Management (ITSM) platform/ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow).
Microsoft Ecosystem: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform.
Soft Skills and Experience
Experience: Typically 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Application Support role.
Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and replicate user issues.
Attitude: Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Responsibilities:
