Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and integrating technical solutions across CRM modules, with a focus on customizations, extensions, and cloud-based integration. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration, and client-facing solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, customization, and extension of one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules using OOB features and custom development.

• Develop and enhance complex plugins, including integration with Azure services (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps).

• Build and deploy custom components using JavaScript and PCF controls.

• Create and maintain Power Automate flows with robust exception handling and efficiency in mind.

• Design and implement scalable CRM solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 SDK.

• Manage solutions and deployments across environments in the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and global delivery teams to ensure successful end-to-end implementations.

• Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 59 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE (Customer Engagement).

• Expertise in customizing OOB modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and enhancing existing features.

• Strong experience in plugin development, C#, .NET, and Azure integrations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).

• Deep knowledge of Power Automate, including error handling and advanced flow design.

• Strong command over solution packaging, ALM, and environment strategies within Power Platform.

• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for D365 projects.

• Solid understanding of security, scalability, and data modeling in Dynamics 365.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer Associate (MB-400).

• Experience with customer-focused delivery in multi-country/enterprise-level CRM implementations.

• Knowledge of Dataverse, custom connectors, and RESTful API integrations.

• Exposure to Azure security models and role-based access control within D365.
