Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

  solutions including

  plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, JavaScript, and integrations

  .
• Develop and customize

  Power Pages (Power Portals)

  for external-facing CRM applications.
• Build and manage

  Power Automate flows

  and

  Power Apps

  for business process automation.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems using

  Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Services, REST APIs, and Service Bus

  .
• Establish and manage

  APIs

  for integration with

  in-house and third-party applications

  .
• Handle

  solution deployment and movement

  across

  Development, UAT, and Production

  environments with proper version control and validation.
• Perform

  performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting

  for CRM applications.
• Monitor and diagnose issues using

  Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights

  .
• Debug and resolve issues at both

  front-end

  (JavaScript, Power Pages) and

  back-end

  (plugins, workflows, integrations).
• Collaborate with

  functional consultants and business stakeholders

  to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation

  for customizations, integrations, APIs, and deployment procedures.
