• C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE: Customization, Configuration, Integration
• Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI
• Data: SQL Server, SSIS, Data Migration
• Web APIs: REST/SOAP integrations
• Dynamics CRM SDK, Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript Web Resources
• CRM Modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
• Understanding of Security Roles, Business Units & Teams
