Microsoft Azure Marketplace Account Manager

As the primary point of contact for customers engaging with Azure Marketplace applications, your role involves providing support in installing, configuring, and setting up systems/applications purchased or subscribed to via Azure Marketplace. You will offer technical guidance and best practices for deployment and integration with existing systems. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. Conducting product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training for new customers will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues to support continuous improvement. Your proactive identification and addressing of potential challenges will ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing accounts, customer success, or technical consulting specifically within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. - Proven experience in Microsoft Azure platform, particularly Azure Marketplace solutions. - Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure setup, application deployment, and system integration. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize effectively. - Experience in technical account management, customer success, or solution consulting. - Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings.
