Microsoft 365 Specialist (SharePoint, MS Teams, O365, Co-Pilot Integration)

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration and Development

  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
  • Manage content and permissions to ensure secure collaboration and efficient content management.
  • Develop custom SharePoint solutions using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
  • Optimize search functionality and metadata tagging for improved content discovery.

Microsoft Teams Management and Customization

  • Administer and manage Microsoft Teams, including policies, channels, tabs, and app integrations.
  • Implement Teams as a hub for communication and collaboration with seamless integration into SharePoint and other O365 tools.
  • Train users to effectively utilize Teams and leverage Co-Pilot for meeting summaries, task insights, and content creation.

Office 365 Administration

  • Oversee the configuration and management of Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, Yammer, and Power Platform.
  • Monitor system health, manage updates, and troubleshoot O365-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Enhance collaboration by creating workflows and automations using Power Automate.

Co-Pilot Integration and AI Enablement

  • Lead the deployment and adoption of

    Microsoft Co-Pilot

    across Office 365 and Teams.
  • Train teams to utilize Co-Pilots AI features for automation, content generation, and data-driven insights.
  • Optimize Co-Pilots use cases to meet organizational goals and improve productivity.

Security, Governance, and Compliance

  • Implement and enforce governance strategies across SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Manage security configurations using Microsoft 365 Defender and role-based access control.

Support and Training

  • Provide technical support for SharePoint, Teams, and O365-related issues.
  • Create and deliver user training sessions and documentation to ensure effective tool usage across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, including site customization, permissions management, and workflow automation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Teams and Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Yammer).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI-driven tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Understanding of Office 365 security and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell for SharePoint and O365 administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700, MS-203, or SharePoint-specific certifications).
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom development.
  • Familiarity with modern intranet design principles and content management strategies.
