Job Description

58 years of experience managing cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
Skilled in application packaging, infrastructure maintenance, and automation using PowerShell.
Proficient in Exchange Server (on-prem & online), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune (L2/L3 support).
Strong understanding of mail flow, SMTP, DNS, hybrid configurations, and phishing remediation.
Experienced in tenant-wide security, license management, DLP, information protection, and compliance policies.
Provides critical support during project kick-offs and go-lives; collaborates with stakeholders, design authorities, and infrastructure teams.
Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, client interfacing, and systematic problem-solving.
Knowledgeable in ITIL processes including incident, change, and RCA management.
Flexible working in shifts; committed to continuous learning and mentoring.
Intune Admin – Second or Third Level Support
Strong capability to identify problems with a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
Demonstrated ability for self-directed learning and training of others.
Proven ability in handling infrastructure along with knowledge of ITIL processes; especially RCA preparation, incident management and change management
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage tenant-wide security configurations (MFA, Conditional Access).
Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, and eDiscovery.
Monitor audit logs and ensure compliance with banking regulations (e.g., APRA, PCI-DSS).
Manage Microsoft Purview and Defender for M365 settings.
