Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting the full MS 365 platform. The ideal candidate must have worked in an IT services or product-based environment, managing end-to-end operations, configuration of Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Manage and configure MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Defender.
  • Set up MFA
  • Understanding of Conditional Access, DLP, retention labels, and data governance.

2. Security & Compliance Management

  • Work with Microsoft Purview, audit logs.
  • Implement AIP (Azure Information Protection), encryption policies, and data classification.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MS 365 platform administration.
  • Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Defender security stack.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate (MS-102)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
