🚨 We're Hiring: Microfinance Fraud Investigator

📍 Locations: Haryana & Uttar Pradesh

💼 Experience: 1–3 years (Audit & Vigilance in JLG )

💰 Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA

Are you passionate about fraud detection and investigation? Join our dynamic team at RBL Finserve Pvt. Ltd and play a vital role in safeguarding our microfinance operations across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough field-level fraud investigations and audits
Analyze customer and loan data to identify inconsistencies
Collaborate with internal teams and prepare detailed investigation reports
Recommend corrective measures to reduce risk exposure

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in audit, vigilance, or fraud investigation
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
Experience in microfinance is a plus
Proficient with investigation tools and software
