Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the R&D team involved in the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of AV-related electronic products. Oversee the complete product lifecycle: from schematic design and component selection to firmware integration and production bring-up. Design and review analog/digital circuits, microcontroller-based systems, DSP implementations, and signal processing applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical design, testing, and manufacturing for system-level integration. Deep understanding of DSP fundamentals, including filtering, encoding, and compression relevant to audio and video signals. Knowledge of camera modules, microphone arrays, audio codecs, and video firmware. Familiarity with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, USB, HDMI, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet.
