Maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, BOMs, test plans, and reports. To achieve these goals, Bachelor's or master’s degree in electronic engineering or related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design and development. Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded microcontrollers/processors. Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools. Deep knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet). Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, logic analyzers). Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with high-speed signal design and analysis. Background in safety-critical or regulated industries. Familiarity with reliability testing (HALT, HASS), and environmental compliance standards (RoHS, REACH).
