Responsibilities Design & Development – Develop DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives , and other power circuits. Simulation & Analysis – Use LTspice, MATLAB, PSIM to analyze performance and efficiency. Prototyping & Testing – Build, test, and debug hardware using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters . Embedded System Integration – Work with microcontrollers/DSPs (TI C2000, STM32) for control implementation. Compliance & Safety – Ensure EMI/EMC, UL, IEC, and thermal design compliance . PCB Design – Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium, KiCad, or Eagle. Troubleshooting & Optimization – Identify and fix circuit failures, thermal issues, and EMI problems . Documentation & Reporting – Prepare technical reports, test data, and design documentation . Collaboration & Support – Work with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams for system integration. Work in Fast paced Environment. Desired candidate profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in hardware design and development. Experience in power converter design (DC-DC, AC-DC, inverters, motor drives). Hands-on knowledge of MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC/GaN devices. Circuit simulation skills (LTspice, PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM). PCB design experience (Altium, KiCad, Eagle). Understanding of control strategies (PID, MPPT, V/F control, etc.). Testing & debugging skills using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power meters. Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and thermal management.
