Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water systems, and environmental monitoring.
Manage sterility testing, microbial limit tests, endotoxin testing, and media preparation.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, WHO, USFDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
Review and approve microbiology-related SOPs, protocols, and reports.
Lead investigations related to OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPA.
Support regulatory audits and inspections with proper documentation.
Train and guide junior staff on microbiological practices.
Monitor trends and implement corrective actions for contamination control.

Qualifications & Skills:

MSc/M.Pharm in Microbiology or relevant discipline.
10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of aseptic practices and regulatory requirements.
Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
