Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and design innovative packaging solutions for various products across multiple categories.
Create
print-ready

artworks
including foils, labels, cartons, boxes, pouches, and promotional materials.
Understand and apply dielines, bleed, margins, and other technical specifications for printing.
Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and technical limitations.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams for design approvals and feedback.
Coordinate with external print vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.
Maintain organized file systems and version control for all design assets.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 3 years of proven experience in graphic design for print and packaging.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of print processes, color management (CMYK, Pantone), and packaging production.
Understanding of typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
Attention to detail with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
