Job Description

Job Description: We are hiring a Microbiologist for our NABL-accredited laboratory specializing in water, food, herbal, and Ayurvedic product testing. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about laboratory microbiology and compliance work. Responsibilities: Conduct microbiological analysis of food, water, herbal, and pharmaceutical samples (TVC, Coliforms, Yeast & Mould, E. coli, Salmonella, etc.) Perform sample preparation, media preparation, autoclaving, and sterilization processes. Ensure accuracy in documentation and follow NABL & FSSAI protocols. Maintain cleanliness and calibration of lab instruments (e.g., laminar airflow, BOD incubator). Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and proper record-keeping in lab logs. Assist in developing and validating new testing protocols if required. Coordinate with the Quality Manager and other lab staff for audit readiness.
