MICE & Events Manager

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end client engagement for both domestic and international events. This includes driving new business, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to manage client requests, complaints, and mediate between the client and the team. Your role will also involve assisting the team in creating and upselling the event vision to the client. Your duties will also encompass owning flawless event execution, from pre-event checklists and vendor coordination to on-time setup and teardown. You will be required to manage budgets and coach your team to peak performance. Working alongside the team to produce superior events and vendors to manage operations will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will drive the seamless delivery of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions, optimizing costs, securing top vendor deals, and ensuring high client satisfaction. In terms of sales, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue by building and managing a robust sales pipeline. Winning new corporate clients, exceeding monthly targets, and maintaining strong margins are key objectives. Your contribution in bringing in repeat clientele, managing clients, and creating, sharing, and managing proposals and contracts will be vital to the success of the organization.,
