Job Summary

Manager – Domestic Operations (MICE)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end operations for domestic MICE events, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate with hotels, venues, transporters, and other vendors for best rates and service quality.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, itineraries, and operational plans.
• Manage event budgets, ensure cost control, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise event set-up, registration, travel, hospitality, F&B, and technical arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory regulations.
• Lead and mentor the operations team members for effective execution.
