We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Purpose of the Role:

To lead and oversee quality operations in the Peeling section for Bright Bars, ensuring that products meet customer specifications and industry standards. The role focuses on process improvement, customer satisfaction, defect reduction, and compliance with NDT standards while driving efficiency and safety across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have experience in the peeling process of stainless steel.
• Initiative plans and processes which minimize conversion costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment and materials
• Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact-based problem solving
• Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes
• Presenting QMS-MIS report to Top Management on weekly & monthly basis
• Continually improve safe environment addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
• Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts
• Enhance the Customer Satisfaction W.R.T Product Quality
• Ensures on time delivery of material
• Handling of customer & PDI complaints and Reply with CAPA and complaint settlement
• Analysis of RM quality and interaction with Supplier plant for root cause and CAPA
• Customer satisfaction with quality/ delivery on time
• Ensure less rejection & complaints
• Training and Developing people Skills
• To ensure Zero reworking , customer claim and PDI claims
• To ensure UT and ECT as per SOP
• Responsible for Quality of product as per customer requirements.
• Handled Process / Product Improvement, Customer Services and customer compliant activities.
