Job Description

Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities to achieve personal and team revenue goals.
Ensure timely and accurate turnover of business to Event Management for seamless service delivery.
Lead day-to-day sales activities focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships.
Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts and avoid duplication.
Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers through sales calls, trade shows, and entertainment events.
Develop and maintain community relationships to expand the customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
Participate in sales calls with team members to acquire new business and close deals.
Execute operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
Use market knowledge and customer insights to identify new business and sell strategically based on location needs and market conditions.
Deliver exceptional customer service to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, aligned with company standards.
Collect and respond to guest feedback on product quality and service levels.
