Job Description

This position is responsible for proactively identifying and managing sales opportunities to achieve personal and organizational revenue goals. The Sales Representative builds and nurtures long-term, value-driven customer relationships while ensuring smooth and timely business turnover to support seamless service delivery. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize sales efforts and contribute to the overall growth of the property. Candidate Profile: Education and Experience: Associate degree (2-year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience; OR Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with at least 1 year of relevant sales and marketing experience. Core Work Activities: Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated, complementary, and non-duplicative sales efforts. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment, familiarization (FAM) trips, trade shows, and other activities. Cultivate community connections to expand the customer base and generate new sales leads. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective business turnover. Provide accurate and timely handover of sales information to the Event Management team for seamless service delivery. Managing Sales Activities Participate in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and close sales opportunities. Support operational aspects of booked business, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence. Using Market Knowledge to Maximize Revenue Identify new business opportunities to meet or exceed personal and location revenue targets. Stay informed about market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, economic factors, supply and demand, and leverage this knowledge to close optimal sales deals. Understand the primary target customer profile and service expectations to tailor solutions that meet their business needs and concerns. Providing Exceptional Customer Service Support and promote the company's service and relationship strategies to enhance customer loyalty through service excellence. Deliver outstanding customer service consistent with company standards and daily service basics. Set a positive example for guest relations and customer interactions. Engage with guests and clients to gather feedback on product quality and service levels, using insights to improve sales strategies.
