Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metallurgist located in Chennai. The Metallurgist will be responsible for monitoring and controlling processes, conducting failure analysis, and applying expertise in metallurgy and extractive metallurgy. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing metal processing methods like leaching, ensuring quality control, and improving efficiency and product quality. The Metallurgist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in research and development projects to innovate and optimize metal production processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Metallurgy and Extractive Metallurgy
• Experience in Process Control and Failure Analysis
• Knowledge of Quality functions and fundamental processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years experience must in relevant industry
