Meta & google ads expert

We are looking for a results-driven digital advertising expert with proven experience managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing and a track record of improving ROI through strategic ad planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Implement conversion tracking and attribution strategies
• Report regularly on KPIs, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Proven ability to manage 5-figure+ monthly ad budgets
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
• Deep knowledge of campaign types (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook Conversions, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• [Optional: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications]
