About the Role We’re looking for a performance-driven Junior Meta Buyer to join our paid social team. In this role, you’ll support the planning, building, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns designed to drive growth. Key Responsibilities Build and launch Meta ad campaigns from start to finish, including ad set creation, audience targeting, placement selection, creative rotation, and UTM implementation Execute structured testing plans across creative, copy, audience, and campaign types Monitor daily performance of active campaigns and assist in optimizations to hit efficiency goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Maintain accurate pacing and ensure campaign budgets are aligned with daily and weekly goals Compile performance reports and distill key insights and learnings Collaborate with the creative team to request and QA assets tailored to platform best practices Support pixel and CAPI implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues as needed Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, ad policy updates, and performance marketing trends Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in paid social or digital marketing, with hands-on familiarity in Meta Ads Manager Comfortable building ads within Meta’s platform (campaign/ad set/ad level setup) Strong interest in performance marketing, A/B testing, and growth strategy Data-literate and confident analyzing platform metrics and drawing insights Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a team setting Bonus: Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale), or creative feedback loops Show more Show less
