Hiring for Meta Ads Specialist - Meta Ads Specialist Plan, launch, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns for online degree programs. Drive high-quality leads within CPL goals across multiple student personas. Develop creatives (in collaboration with design) for carousel, video, and static ads. Regularly analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and fine-tune targeting. Work closely with the counseling and admissions team to qualify and refine lead quality. Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trends, and best practices in Meta advertising. ✅ Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (lead gen specifically). Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager, pixel, custom audiences, and lead forms. Ability to segment audiences based on behavior, interest, and funnel stage.
