Meta Ads Performance Specialist

We are hiring a skilled Meta Ads Performance Specialist with 2–3 years of real, hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling ROI-focused Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute full-funnel Meta Ad campaigns (Cold, Warm & Retargeting)
• Set up and manage Pixel, Events, Custom Conversions, and tracking integrations
• Research audiences, create campaign structures, and manage daily budgets
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-backed improvements
• Create and test multiple creatives, formats, angles, and ad copies
• Run A/B tests strategically and scale winning campaigns
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights
• Work closely with creative/content teams for new ad ideas
• What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of proven experience running Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and attribution
• Ability to troubleshoot sudden drops in performance
• Comfortable analyzing data and explaining results clearly
• Experience in both lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager & analytics tools
• Creative mindset + strong strategic thinking
• Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, but Preferred)
• Google Ads knowledge
• Experience with landing pages, automation tools, or CRM
• Basic design ability (Canva)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
