Role Overview:

Meta Ads Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Meta Ads strategies tailored to client goals
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc., and make data-driven decisions
• Identify underperforming ads and implement corrective actions
• A/B test creatives, headlines, audiences, placements, and other variables
• Conduct regular reporting and share actionable insights with the team
• Stay up-to-date with Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and funnel strategy
• Proven track record of performance marketing success
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
