Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram from start to finish.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, primarily in the healthcare domain.
  • Leverage Meta tools (Pixel, Conversion API, Event Manager) for tracking and optimization.
  • Set up and test different audience types including Lookalike and Custom Audiences.
  • Conduct data-driven A/B testing for ad creatives and messaging.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and CAC.
  • Create and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes and healthcare advertising regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams on landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience running Meta Ads campaigns with a proven track record of performance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta campaigns for healthcare clients targeting the USA, Europe, or Australia.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, attribution, and event-based conversion tracking.
  • Exceptional copywriting, targeting strategy, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Meta’s policy and healthcare compliance guidelines (e.g., HIPAA, Meta’s Ad Guidelines for Health).


Nice to Have:

  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
  • Experience with funnel-building tools (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Instapage, etc.).
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, or third-party tracking platforms.
  • Experience with high-budget campaigns ($50K+/month).
