Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram from start to finish.
- Manage multiple client accounts, primarily in the healthcare domain.
- Leverage Meta tools (Pixel, Conversion API, Event Manager) for tracking and optimization.
- Set up and test different audience types including Lookalike and Custom Audiences.
- Conduct data-driven A/B testing for ad creatives and messaging.
- Optimize campaigns based on key KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and CAC.
- Create and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes and healthcare advertising regulations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams on landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience running Meta Ads campaigns with a proven track record of performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta campaigns for healthcare clients targeting the USA, Europe, or Australia.
- Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, attribution, and event-based conversion tracking.
- Exceptional copywriting, targeting strategy, and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and client presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Meta’s policy and healthcare compliance guidelines (e.g., HIPAA, Meta’s Ad Guidelines for Health).
Nice to Have:
- Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
- Experience with funnel-building tools (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Instapage, etc.).
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, or third-party tracking platforms.
- Experience with high-budget campaigns ($50K+/month).
