Crafting compelling ad copy and conceptualizing creative ad formats, including video ads and visual storytelling elements, will be an essential part of your role. You will also be responsible for writing and refining scripts for video ads to ensure they are engaging and effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of healthcare services. Collaborating closely with web developers to optimize landing pages used in conjunction with Meta ads to enhance conversion rates will be a crucial aspect of your job. Monitoring and optimizing ads to achieve better ROI, focusing on metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance, will also be a key responsibility. Regularly updating clients on campaign performance, strategizing together on improvements and future campaigns, managing brand awareness campaigns, and sophisticated remarketing strategies to increase clinic visibility and patient acquisition will be part of your daily tasks. Utilizing analytics tools to track ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes will also be vital. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Meta ads management, preferably with direct experience in the healthcare sector, especially IVF and aesthetics. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, CRM software, and analytics platforms is essential. Strong creative thinking ability for ad conceptualization and video storytelling, along with excellent communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with team members, are also necessary.
