Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist, located in Agra. As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to achieve client goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, developing ad creatives, targeting and retargeting strategy, budget management, and reporting. Collaborating with other team members to align ad strategies with overall digital marketing plans is also essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads and campaign creation, management, and optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of targeting and retargeting strategies
• Creative skills for ad copywriting and designing attractive ad creatives
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Agra
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
