We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Specialist - SharePoint, Boundary/ EOP to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
"Messaging Services Specialist is a professional who manages and maintains the Microsoft 365 environment that includes various applications and services such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. Responsible for managing user accounts recipients, groups, service monitoring and reporting. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform day to day support and administration tasks.
Job Description-
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications, such as Exchange online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
Microsoft administration tools, such as Microsoft 365 admin center, Security and Compliance center, Exchange Online admin center, and PowerShell. Create and manage groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and resources using Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online. Individuals understand their own area and can perform all facets of their role. Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Energetic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient in accomplishing tasks. Resolving and troubleshooting the O365 issues and incidents and escalating them to Microsoft support when needed. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, such as identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues. They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments. Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on technical matters. Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job. Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in supporting Office 365 environments, with a focus on Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint platforms
Proficient on Messaging technologies- O365, Exchange on-premises environment and Outlook (All versions) Troubleshooting skills on end user support tasks, recipient management, client & application troubleshooting and server support Knowledge on ITSM tools/platform to perform Request, Incident, Change management. Steady state support to the messaging infrastructure, handling on-call responsibilities, complex issues, escalations, server maintenance activities etc. Flexible working in shifts supporting 24X7 steady state operations. Should have Good Experience in Customer Coordination (understand customer needs and providing solutions). Candidates must have excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills. Microsoft Office 365 certification is a plus."
