Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mess Supervisor at our Coimbatore location. The Mess Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the mess, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are adhered to, managing staff, and coordinating with suppliers. They will also handle inventory management, menu planning, and ensuring food safety regulations are complied with.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management and supervision
• Skills in inventory management and menu planning
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
