Mern Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js + Tailwind) Job Summary We are hiring Full Stack Developers with strong experience in Next.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will work on both frontend and backend tasks, including Next.js API routes and standalone Node.js backend services. --- Responsibilities Frontend Develop responsive, high-quality UI using Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. Implement reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code. Ensure fast performance, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness. Work with designers to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI. Backend Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express (or similar frameworks). Work with Next.js API routes for server-side logic. Integrate external APIs and handle database operations. Ensure backend security, performance, and scalability. General Collaborate with the team (frontend, backend, designers, QA). Troubleshoot issues and maintain existing features. Follow best coding practices and proper version control via Git. --- Required Skills Strong experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, API routes). Good understanding of Node.js, Express, middleware, and REST APIs. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX basics. Experience with Git and GitHub workflow. Ability to integrate APIs and work with JSON data.
